The vision and idea

Although the Faroe Islands are among the countries with the fewest inhabitants, the aquaculture industry in the Faroe Islands is one of the most advanced in the world. Just like in the Faroe Islands, significant investments have been made in Iceland to move aquaculture from the sea to land, and in this area, we have experience and the right products for the Icelandic market. TACTUS is a collaboration between two Faroese companies that have worked well together in the Faroese market.

The companies behind

Leif Mohr is one of the oldest companies in the Faroe Islands, which since 1935 has gained extensive experience in several different business areas, both in sales and services. Since 2005, Leif Mohr has also gained experience in providing complete solutions for the aquaculture industry. The company has more than 90 employees and is in constant development.

Since 2004, MP Teknik has been involved in developing the Faroese maritime and aquaculture industries and is today among the largest service providers for the aquaculture industry in the Faroe Islands. The company handles technical solutions and management for sea and land-based aquaculture. MP Teknik is also in constant development with over 30 employees today.
